Can these servers do what I need?

I've never experimented with servers beyond basic home networking, but I would like to start learning somewhere and I could use a separate machine for a dedicated Discord server and maybe a hardware firewall. Would any of the three this person is selling work in that capacity and are they worth the price? Or are they too far past obsolete?
