Can someone please help diagnose this dump file?

Did you run any updates or add / remove software lately?

You're hitting this.

I'm at home w/o all the OS symbols, but you're hitting the scenario where something is attempeting to terminate a process which doesn't exist.

But this is all suspect w/o making sure you're always hitting the same BSOD value. Check the event viewer and see if the last 3 or 4 instances of BSODs were the same 0xF4 code.
 
Hey Jackel, yeah I recently did a Windows Update and it started happen ever since.

I think I have it resolved at the moment though as it has been good for the afternoon ::knock on wood::
