can someone make me an icon of this?

I bought a mini cruzer recently and want to get a icon so i can make an autorun file for the mini cruzer. Here is a pic of the image i would like made into an icon.

Can't you just right-click, save as, change the resolution to 48x48 and then save it as a .ico file? Is that even the right way to do that?
