I'm looking into buying a new case for my Dell Dimension B110. My motherboard is an Intel 865GV, which I believe is a MicroATX. I was looking into getting this case:

The holes in the back (for the onboard ports) don't match up with the ones on my motherboard. Can I pop that piece out of my current case and put it in the new case? Also, can someone confirm to me what type of motherboard I have? I don't have much experience when it comes to PC cases.
