Can someone help me please?

So I installed the FAH tracker on my sig rig, and it's been running for like 2 weeks now. The issue I'm having it I think I messed up something in the settings because I am only getting an average of 3500 PPD total with my GPU and SMP running on my CPU. I read the excel spreadsheet that was put up about PPD for processors and it seems like I should be getting at least 4K PPD out my processor alone. This is definitely not the case as it's only currently doing 650 PPD and my GPU is only doing 2500 PPD. This cannot be correct since my GT220 in my work PC does at least 1800 constant.

Please help me figure this out as I would like to be a help to community, but I'm utterly dumbfounded as to why this doesn't work properly.

Thanks,

thats because you are running the old ATI client. the GPU tracker does not have access to the openCL client, you need to use the new F@H open beta V7 client. setup the flags on the graphic card to use the openCL client. you will get around 5-6k PPD out of the gpu. your cpu PPD will go up as well since the openCL client doesn't use as much of the processor as the old client.

Ok, I was trying to use CPU as well as GPU since my home PC sits dormant for long periods of time. Is this still possible with the new client?

yes the V7 client is a much cleaner version of the current gpu tracker client. it's still a little rough on the edges due to it being a beta client but it works pretty good as it is for now.

Ok so I got the new client. How do I make it do openCL?

let me find the flags.. i'll update this post with them.

ok so this guide will help you configure the multiple clients (SMP, GPU).

for the openCL client. edit the GPU slot, use client-type for the name and advanced for the value like you see in the picture in the guide. that will enable openCL on the gpu client.

Awesome thanks guys! Also I can't get HFM.Net to work with the new client. Is this a known issue? I noticed that the log files have a different name and I couldn't find the queue.dat file in the new folder. Should I be looking somewhere else? I have Windows 7 and was looking in C:\Users\username\appdata\roaming\FAH.
