Like the title says, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a budget build for me (including case). Note: I'm also OK with buying the rig whole (from an OEM) if its cheaper. I'd say the price limit is around $700, but I could stretch it to $800. I'm looking for something that's cheap now, but has a good upgrade path so I can upgrade to more powerful components when I have more money. So, like I said: target price is $600-700.

I'm going to be using this computer for:
Light gaming - which includes WoW, BF2142, and possibly Oblivion (though I doubt a $700 computer can handle it :( )
Regular, everyday stuff
A bit of video editing
Light overclocking
Anything else college throws at me :)

Thanks in advance!

$693 + tax and shipping (after rebates)

If you're ok with that case and want to get it, order it quick while shipping is free (normally $16 for shipping).

For $50 more (after rebate) you could get a more capable vidcard... but you said you do light gaming, so I went with a 7600GT. Here's the more capable card:
$165 - eVGA 256-P2-N624-AR GeForce 7900GS 256MB
