I have the a black cooler master wave master and would like to know if its possible for someone to make a similar piece like that for me?
 
no. no one can make that for you. you need someone who has a waterjet machine to cut something like that and get a clean edge
 
You could achieve the same effect with other materials ... such as wood with a coping saw or a scroll saw. MUCH cheaper than going out and buying a waterjet :rolleyes:

Personally, I'd go for a layer of wood (1/8" ply), a layer of acrylic, and another layer of wood (1/8" ply). Sandwich them together with contact adhesive, then scroll saw (or coping saw) out the design you want. THEN you could light up the acrylic, and make the eye socket areas and teeth glow red.
