Can picopsu 160xt handle this system?

i want to build a mini pc and i want to ask you if my system is fine with a picopsu 160-xt

gigabyte ma785g matx mobo
athlon ii x3 435 2.9 ghz cpu (95 w) undervolted to 1.168v
2 x 2gb ddr3 ram
hd 6570 ddr3
1 sata hdd
4 usb device

95w on cpu (considering max)
27 max on GPU
12 average hdd
2w on memory (estimate)
15w on mobo (estimate)
+usb devices hmm that's cutting it close on full loads
the pico can do peak 200w but i would not not put over 160w on it constantly.

actually gpu is 44W at max.
and cpu is undervolted and it is like 72w
