Can my Shuttle handle this?

I was wondering if a Shuttle SN95G5 v1.2(240watt power supply) can handle these components under full load.

AMD Athlon 64 3800
Two 7200rpm IDE HDDs
1GB ram 2-2-2-5 1T
DVD-RW optical drive
ATI All-in-onder X800xt

Could the system die after a while because of the stress on the power supply or would I experience system reboots?

I doubt it. as the billion threads on this sujbect will convey, just cause a shuttle PSU is small it roars =) ...I had everything you mention but a second drive in my mine for years and its kicked ass. albeit its giving me issues now but you should be fine

You'll be fine, I have almost the exact same set up and it's been running no problems.

I have this setup right now. I've been having issues with several graphics cards(All in Wonder 9800 and All in Wonder x800xt) where the fan goes nuts after a month or so of use. The fan will sound like a bad transmission. Since this has happened to two graphics cards, I'm a liitlle worried about having a powerful graphics card and two 7200rpm drives.

sounds like a normal fan. dusty homes, smoking and such really add to it. get watercooling =)
