my situation is my sager laptop has a OCZ Solid 3 in it and I just ordered an OCZ vertex 3 for my desktop with the intent to buy another for raid0 once a new rebate comes around. Lets say I take the Solid 3 out of the laptop and replace it with the vertex 3, would I then be able to raid a Solid 3 and an Agility 3 together?

in summation:
can I raid an OCZ solid 3 with an OCZ agility 3?
(all drives are the same size)

Yes. While it is normally reccomended to use homogeneous parts, you can mix and match. RAID 0 isn't even technically RAID (redundant array of inexpensive disks) and striping two SSD's together? Double the fun I say!
