I have a Northwood Pentium 4 3.4Ghz, is it safe for me to up the FSB to like 208 or 209 safely? I have a Koolance watercooling system, its not great but it cools good, I also have two intake fans in front and two exhaust fans in the back, I just want to know if its safe to leave the FSB at 208 or 209 by not harming my cpu? It is clocked at 3.54 right now....Thanks in advance for the reply.
 
208 -209??!!!?? Make sure you use a heavy duty power cord on that baby!

Thats not exactly the advice he's looking for.

17x209=3.553Ghz Probably ok, you might be able to get better advice in the overclocking/cooling section, or ever the water cooling subsection.

With water cooling it'd be 'safe' to clock it to like 225 or 250 if it'll go that high.

Damage is cause by voltage, not how high its clocked in most cases. Keep the voltage safe and see how high it'll go. You might lose a year off its life, but with a life of like 10 years i doubt thatll matter.

Besides, why do you have water cooling if you dont overclock?
 
just keep an eye on your temps. try running cpu burn to test the max it will be. your stock is 200 fsb right? your probably safe to jump to 220 with no real heat issues as long as your ram isnt an issue. but main thing is just watch the temps. if it gets too hot it will clock itself back anyways, hence the many posts of i oc higher but i get lower scores.
