Can I keep my PSU?

I plan on building the following system within the next week or so:

Q9450
Gigabyte X48-DS4
One for sure, possibly two HD4850s
4 GB, possibly 8 GB >= DDR2 800
X-Fi Titanium
Sapphire Theater 650 TV Tuner

I plan to overclock the CPU as far as it will go on stock voltage. Will my current PSU be enough?

If you are only going to have one GPU, 500 watt should be enough. But if you throw in a second card, I'd pump it up to 650-750watt.

Really? The Q9450 is only 95 W, but we can crank that up 20 W (and that's generous, because I'm not a heavy overclocker) and we get 115 W. The 4850s each use 110 W, for a grand total of 345 W, leaving 155 W for the rest of the system...

Your math is wrong, at least as far as leaving 255 W for the rest of the system...

It's better on the PSU to only load it half way. Plus that little 155 watt left still has to power harddrives, sound card, capture card, fans, etc... you're going to running it at full load then.
Even things like OC's on the video cards can be affected by the lack of extra power.

You'll be cutting it close, but if you stick with one GPU you should be okay.

When I get the benjimens I will be running two HD4870's in my system on my neo HE 550W just to spite all these suckas sayin you need 1KW PSUs and to prove [H]s own charts correct.
