Can I install Vista Retail on more than 1 computer I own?

I was doing some reading, and it made it sound like I can only install 1 copy on 1 computer. Thats it?

I know if I was going to buy the retail version, it would be going on 3 of my systems to replace winxp 64, 2000, and 98. But it was sounding like after I did the first install the other 2 wouldnt go through?


is this true? only 1 install per key for the retail version?

1 install at a time on only 1 pc per key. Unless you buy a volume license. To install that copy with that key on a different pc is only allowed if you remove it from any other pc you have it installed on.
Multiple install are possible but outside the rules of this forum. And in the end cause you more problems than it is worth.
