can I get vista cheap

Everywhere i go and look I always see it for $100-150 for home premium 64bit.
What is the cheapest you have seen it?I am gonna be doing a whole new build and I am trying to get it cheap as possible.

Are you a college student? If so, many colleges, if they're part of the MSDN Academic Alliance, offer Vista and other MS software at major discounts. If you're in a computer related major, you might get Vista for free.

I'm a CIS major and my college is part of the MSDNAA. So I get Vista for free That's the cheapest I've seen it LOL!

I got Vista Ultimate and MS Office 2007 for free from Microsoft!

Every now and then Microsoft gives away software for free during promotions.

Got my Vista Business free via MSDNAA . Heck, they even offer Windows Server 2003 Enterprise for free just because I am a CSCE major.
