Can I do this?

I just got a 3ware 9500S-8 Sata raid controller.
My final plan is to put it in a Tyan Thunder K8W with 3 200GB Seagates in Raid 5.
But I currently have an MSI K8T Master2-FAR with 2 drives in Raid 0.
I will be backing this data up soon.

I want to know if it is possible to install the controller in my current system, which only has 32-bit PCI clots.
I'm not sure if this matters as I'll need to use 32-bit drivers anyway.
Set up the Raid 5 array, and put my data back on it.
Then, when I get my Tyan board install the card in it.

Will my Raid 5 array be intact when I move it over and reinstall?
From what I've heard it should be possible, but mainly I wanted to check if it would work moving from a 32-bit pci slot to a 64-bit one.

Thanks

The card should be backwards compatible slot wise, and i believe, i could be wrong, that you can import the raid drive once windows is up and running and you move the card over, i could be wrong on that part though.
