will AS Thermal Silver Adhesive bond my 40mm fan to my north-bridge heatsink? i ask because fan is made from plastic of course.
 
From what i can remember AS Adhesive bonds to fingers well...... and in experience anything that bonds finger bonds plastic... lol
Go for it, if it doesn't work then just scrape/wipe it off and try some plastic glue. Nout to lose really :)
 
likely too late but some RTV silicon adhesive (any hardware store and even most grocery stores) will do a fine job and it will be much easier to remove and replace the fan when it fails/wears out.

AS adhesive is an epoxy and it will certainly bond it on, getting it off will be a chore.
