Can I Crossfire this...?

That should work just fine. Though the 1090T is more of a productivity cpu than a gaming cpu, put a nice OC on it and you'll be set.
 
yeah it should work just fine. just oc the cpu as the other have suggest to be less cpu limited.
 
Why would you want to buy 2x 5870 to go with your 1x 5850. You do realize that the 5870s will all be forced to run at the lowest speed of the 5850 right?
 
You can, but you'll effectively have 3 5850s rather than 2 5870s and a 5850. Sometimes they might not even perform as well as 3 5850s.
