Can I create a "hidden" user?

I'm making an administrator account on several family members' machines with Live Mesh so I can help them remotely. Is there a way to not show an account on the login screen (and if there is, how the hell do you log in? ). This way, mom, mom-in-law, and both our grandmothers can simply call. I don't have to make a trip or leave them without access or something.

Nope, sorry. Vista or 7 on all machines.

the regkey is the same for vista / 7 that should work.
