yes i know its a small thing, but is a nice space saver.
 
you should be able to....just move stuff around....i have the file menu, then back and stop and home and new tab buttons then address bar all on one line...

it won't drag for me.. hmm

ok. i had to open the customize toolbar to be able to drag around. haha.lol
 
Yep you can, Dont have a screenshot, but its super easy to create a custom UI
