I have tryed a bunch of differnt combanations of multiplyers and FSB and I can not get my system any higher than 169fsb x 13.
I want to brake 2.2 but it won't let me it becomes very unstable and crashes. I am relitivly new to OCing. What should I try?

My Vdd is 1.584v
My Vcore is 1.680 v

System specs are in sig

If you set your multi to 5-8 what is the highest FSB that is stable.
At 166 FSB what is the highest muli that is stable.
You need to know both FSB and multi limits to find the best overclock.

Luck........:D

13 is the miggest multiplyer with 166
210 is the largest FSB with 5 multiplyer

try 210x10 maybe?

the extra FSB will be noticed more than clockspeed

what kind of temperatures?

also, maybe a slight vcore boost, to like 1.725 or something

Depending on what season it is I get temps anywhere from 30c to 50c under stress
Right now CPU is at 36c

ok its is now at 185 x 11.5 = 2.139 with the vcore at 1.725 which is a little better than before and it seems pretty stable. But I wish I could get it to 2.2 and have it be stable, just seems like a pretty weak OC. What could be causeing the stablity issues

185 x 11.5 with vcore 1.75 crashed while trying it with planetside twice
190 x 11.5 with vcore 1.8 crashed testing with 3dmark03 cpu test

Brought it back down to 170 x 13 with 7.25 vcore

Sweet,
I got it to 2.2 and stable.

176FSB x 12.5 vcore=1.740

So its not bad to have the Vcore above 1.7?

i think you wanna stay below 1.9v on air and i think prometia is below 2.1v for amd
