i want to overclock my amd 64 le 1600 but i have never overclocked before and i want to do it safley
 
Well unless you know a thing or two about overclocking and your hardware, it's not exactly the smartest thing to do.

That said, you'll need to provide more info about your hardware (mobo, RAM, etc) before anyone can really help you.
 
well i dont think i have much of an option to over clock with this mobo
i took som pics of the bios can any one help

Should have a HT setting somewhere. Is that all the settings you have for cpu, nothing to set to manual to open other options. As you overclock the HT will rise. But if not all you have to do is to change the fsb and try it until it doesn't boot like 5 fsb at a time then if it doesn't try a little more cpu volts. But remember to watch your temps........

No way to know that without trying. Read some guides first to make sure you don't kill anything.
