Can any traders in Toronto Area tell me if its impossible to ship a package?

Im having problems with someone who will remain anonymous for now...

he claims Fedex wont show up for pickup, yet when i call fed ex they say there arent any problems...

I need to know if you guys are bundled up in front of your computers totally incapable of anything other than playing games and surfing the internet...
