Can air purifier kill them all?

Using a 20" box fan on low/medium with one of these:

Does wonders at getting rid of medium/large dust particles, skin flakes and pet dander. You can only use spun fiberglass furnace filters on box fans because they don't have enough static pressure to work with a microfiber filter. They'll generally overheat and have a short life from the motor burning out due to overheating.

I use one of these for the fine stuff:

It has three filters (a pre-filter, an activated carbon filter for odor control and then a microfiber filter behind that.) I got mine for $20 at a second hand store and replacement filters were another $20. It moves a TON of air at the lowest speed and has made a noticeable difference in air quality in conjunction with the box fan.
