i have a mcp350, it still makes noise when turned on and but the waterflow to my res has stopped completely.

it feels like the pump is getting weaker and cant push the water all the way through any more... is that possible? i always thought these pumps were either running at full speed or completely dead

ive had it for about 2 years running 24/7

im thinking if it's not the pump, there might be a clog in the radiator but not sure how likely that is.

Centrifugal pumps can still spin and create a lot of pressure (head) at no flow. I'd wager that if you know its running, then the pump is fine, and you have a clog somewhere. Because pumps trade flow for head, there's probably a lot of pressure buildup anywhere between the outlet of the pump and wherever the clog is. I'd be cautious of running it in that state... Watch for leaks at joints and such.

Edit: OR maybe its a lubrication issue / bearing issue with the pump in which case forget about the pressure caution above. Is the pump making any more noise than it used to?

Could be "airlock" meaning that there could be a pocket of air in one of the components, blocking flow. Its not super common since air will dissolve in any water cooling fluid over the course of time, and release into the reservoir.
