having this issue with games stuttering, but not like low fps but like the information just stutters when you look around or move like in oblivion the grounds skips kind of when you walk and it scrolls down the screen. I have already RMA'ed my 8800gts and still have the same issue all be it not as much. Can a bad DVI cable cause something like this seeing I only paid a dollar for it used.
