I couldnt help but get a kick out of this guy (ok so maybe it'll send me to hell)

Camera: Digital Rebel, weight: 19.7oz
Lens: 70-200 F/4, weight: 24oz
Total weight of camera: 2.5lbs
Shutter speeds on that day at ISO 200 f/4: 1/800
Looking cool with your new monopod while you do it, pricless

thats pretty cool... a completely differnt that the usualy bird of flower.... nice job :D

The monopod itself probably doubles the weight of the lens and body.. too funny.

Lol thats pretty funny...the best part is that its an F/4 with a mounting ring that he had to buy extra (since the F/4 doesnt come with that mount ring) for $120, here

I use a rebel, (soon to be a 20D), but at least I use the vertical grip on it so it doesnt look so small with my larger lens on it....

With shutter speeds that fast, and a camera that doesnt have mirror lockup (unless he hacked the firmware...), it is quite strange he's using the mono.
