All I can find is freakin UK firms and its really starting to agravate the hell out of me. :mad: :rolleyes:

Its like no one insures photo equipment in the united states. I am sure this isnt the case. I dont want to just get a rider on my renters insurance, I want a dedicated policy, from a company that specializes in it. I know this exists...
But where :confused:
 
Not completely sure who does this, but it may be slightly related to things like Jewelry / Personal Property insurance. From what I've found about this topic (you probably know a bit more than me though :p), you pay something like $0.50 per $100 of equipment, or something similar...but I also see you made a post about this on FM. Yeah. I just discovered FM yesterday. What a great resource! I am going to call my renters insurance people on Monday morning(forgot the paperwork this morning :rolleyes: ) and see what they need. From what I understand, without reciepts, Pictures and good documentation (like a personal inventory I guess) are the key. I will find out I guess.
