camera for 200usd max ?

I think I will finally get myself a camera.
I am taking houndreds of photos with my smartphone and it's time to get something decent.

Is it possible to find good camera for 200usd ?

I like to take hdr, time lapse shots. Macro pictures and night/evening.
Optical zoom for distance pics would be nice too :)

I dont want anything complicated. I am good with mobile/smartphone but never had camera.


So? Anything for 200usd 600pln max? Not a cent more.
How is battery life on those?

Avoid a nikon coolpix. They have horrendous low-lighting due to small/cheap sensors [unlike an expensive nikon, that has the best sensors in the business]

You can find older [10 mega-pixel range] DSLRs for about that price on ebay [I just sold my alpha a100 for $150 last week, or i'd offer you that], or any of the canon powershot super-zooms [sony, too, but they tend to cost more] are nice, and can sometimes be found around that price range [admittedly, probably closer to 250]
