CAM Overlay caused Crashes

Information: Running through Memtest and Benchmarks - thought I had a stable overclock but kept fiddling and turning it down because BF1 was crashing. Turns out CAM Overlay was causing the DLL Issues not unstable memory clock/timings. It's a known issue in other games that didn't jump out at me.

Disabling just the overlay resolved the issue, no need to kill the whole app.
