No points for days and happy bout it! I've given up page one! I was just a few places away. All production has gone to the [H]ardApe!

When we are at war, it's a nicer sight to see the whole team fight and take some poo in the face for the team. Those who doesn't participate is like those soldiers who are just sitting playing GTA4 and honor is lost.

I'm also proud to have my stats hardly moving (outside of the few small borgs I can't access).

 
The only thing I have folding under my name is a lost borg.....yes lost. The girl that works the day shift at my work site decided we needed a new computer, they shifted this one somewhere, but it's still folding.:p



 
I've hit the major milestone of 0 PpD for the last 3 days.
And I'm proud of it to .......... :cool:

Normal production will be resummed in a week or so.

Have you checked your GPU lately?

When I woke up this morning, I stumbled outta bed and walked over to my PCs. Looked at the GPU and fahmon said it was doing nearly 2100 PPD (as opposed to my normal 950 PPD)!! Instead of picking up the normal 4707 WU in the middle of the night it picked up a 5xx point, 4712 WU. This one had 10,000 frames instead of 5,000. The good news is that it utilized 95% or my GPU instead of about 50%, hence the jump in the PPD. A free PPD increase! :D Hopefully it will keep picking up these WU’s! :)

I was just curious if anyone else was getting these "new" GPU WUs.

Finally got my main quad switched over, should have the other switched over soon. Sadly I don't have time to switch my parents' borgs and my borgs at work :(

Whoops. Maybe it was 4713 not 4712. It was early and i couldnt quite remember. Good to know I'm not the only one getting these!!

Not to worry, 4712's are over 500 as well. 4713's are just the highest at 598. :D
 
I am very proud to drop down to 0 PpD!!!

I only wish I had the funds to build up my farm NOW instead of 4 weeks from now.

 
Finally think I have everything sorted out... my farm is folding 100% for the Ape....and hopefully things will go my way this weekend and I can make it out to switch my borg over....yeah, watch out guys.....that'll be another whopping 600~700 ppd average for the Ape:p

I have stopped the P4 machine with GPU since I added 2 more Quads. I don't have the power capabilities to safely run a nearly 240w machine right now. I am up to 9 quads, I will check it out though over the weekend and see if I can get any more points out of the system. I have it hooked up and ready, but I need to monitor the power and the heat on the circuit and actually I just ran my third circuit into the room via thick industrial extension cords 15amp 1875w rated puppies.. .so I might now be able to hook that one back up!

I'll definitely check it out.

 
this should be a sticky or better yet this should be placed at the top of every subforum :)
 
I'm at about 1000PPD on my my account due to a multitude of borgs that i can't access to change. but everything under my power is for the APE!

 
I don't have the time to mess with the other boxen at the colo, but I can throw 3 x dual, quad-xeon servers in the mix for the next two weeks, until they get installed.

I've got 3 measly borgs that are 1,100 miles and 3 states away that I can't really get to any time soon.....but if you think we REALLY need the extra 500 ppd ill fly out this weekend and switch them over :D

When you fold for [H]ardApe you get treated well. The last couple of weeks I have had nothing but the chewy 3062s, 3064s & 3065s dropping my ppd down to about 9.2 kppd. Now that I am working for the APE, I have nothing but 2653s cranking near 11kppd! The APE likes 2653s. :D

I uncovered another couple borgs today, and switched them over to
[H]ardApe. I also found a CD2 boxen with folding disabled! :eek: :( But,
no longer.

With lots of boxen, it's tough finding borgs created a couple of years ago...

Way to go {H]orde foldin' team

I've been 0 ppd for a while and proud of it.

Although I did pull a "boner" today, in my hurry to get all my availiable boxen up and folding under the username [H]ardApe I did something against my normal methods in WC'ing which is to leak check for 24 hrs before powering on the mobo.

I fired up a E6600 boxen that I had changed the WB on (simple I thought, just two clamps, yeah right #@$%) and, as far as I can tell, the mobo is fried because there are no boot lights and I found a very small pinhole leak in the hose that was leaking into the main mobo power connection (really only got serious after a while and had to be under pressure). I unplugged the board and found fluid in the plug, tried the fan blowin' high speed on the box (directly on the mobo unplugged connection), everything I knew how to do and still no go (it was only a Biostar TForce P965, but I kinda' liked it) :(

I did the swap everything but the cpu and mobo thing out of the case on a piece of cardboard (ie PCIe card, RAM, HD, PSU, etc)
and still nothin' :(

I'm makin' a trip to the Local Frys now to see what they have that's cheap and compatible with a Intel C2D cpu. (it don't even have to be compatible with a quad or 1333 fsb) ;)

You can't keep a [H]orde folder down, even with the above mentioned "rocks in tha' road of life". :D
