i would like to make this like in pictures:

one gb switch(cheap like dlink 5 port gb) and a mini-gbic or gbic
IS this possible?

I suppose...technically, for someone very highly skilled in small circuit soldering, with the right tools and pinout, it might be possible.

But honestly..just scour fleabay for a fiber ==> Ethernet tranciever and bridge it to your switch.

There's nothing to make with a media converter...and your going to have to deal with the prices if you want to mess with fiber equipment.
