And was able to get a fax number to send a receipt. The problem is i ordered it from newegg.com and they dont really send out a receipt and the guy keeps saying it needed to be a receipt. Anyone else have any have any experience with logitech and faxing the receitpt in? Thanks ahead of time for any info.
 
that sounds odd. they always give you a recept. did you check the packaging slip thing?

edit: i could be completely wrong. my memory is bad :cool:
 
Go to your Newegg order history and fax them your invoice from there. That's what I use for newegg rebates.

Invoice ~= reciept
 
yeah thats what i was thinking to and hopfully that will work. Maybe i should call newegg and see what they say.


They send a packing slipt but its not really a recept.
 
When I have ordered from online shops the packages all came with a "packing slip" this is basically the receipt.
