Chenming Fans
I want to see how everyone has their cases set up with fans? I'm kinda pissed off at the airflow in mine right now, so I wanna change it all around, I was wondering actually if anyone has fit a 120mm fan in the front?

2 80mm intake

2 80mm exhaust

1 PCI exhaust

I will be adding a window intake or a blowhole, or both, soon.

right now i'm also doing

2 80mm intake

2 80mm exhaust

+ 1 80mm Side Window.

I also thinking of getting a 92mm Blowhole at the top.

if I don't do that I will get another HD cage fan bracket and put a 3rd 80mm in the front!

which will even it out considering the PSU is also an exhaust.

Twin Panflos for the intake controlled by the baybus and a thermally controlled blowhole. Thats all I need. The panflo's move enough air that exhaust fans arn't needed, thereby reducing clutter and noise. The PSU moves enough air away from the CPU and the rest is sucked out via the blowhole.

I like efficency more then just overkill in my cases know adays....

did ur case come w/the purple clip on fan things? if so, did u drill new holes for the fans in front ?

Yes it did, so I simply used them in the front of the case, no nuts or bolts needed.

Though I thinking about putting some white LED fans in the back to run at low RPM, just round out the case a bit more.

i have 2 80mm led fans in the back, 1 in the front of my hard drive cage to push hot air off the hard drives, and one at the bottom to bring in air from the front. my pc seems pretty happy with this setup.

Five Coolermaster LED 80mm fans, three in front, two in rear. Front three are connected to fanbus, more for looks than control. Power supply has one big 120mm fan.

Alright, this is basically what I want to do, my Power Supply does have 2 fans on it that I forgot to make in my diagram

God, I'd give my left nut if Antec/chieftec would make cases with 120mm intake and exhuast.

i use the same as kingghost minus the blowhole

smartfan2 and antec blue LED for intake

antec blue LED on window

smartfan1 and antec blue LED for exhaust

as i sit here looking into my case, it makes me think....

Its time to start a new project :D

spring break is comming up, so is my birthday, so i'll have the time & money for something nice.

Plans:
92mm intake on window, or a blowhole.
mounting the switch for my CCFL's on the back of my case
taking out thoes nasty PCI fans i have and re-wiring a bit.
and lastly, buy that 9800pro :)

I can't decide between making my computer pretty by using UV fans and UV everything, or just using Panaflo's and making it run good.

Like...

Panaflo 80mm 'LOW' 24.cfm 21dba L1A Fan or
Panaflo 80mm 'MEDIUM' 32.1cfm 28dba M1A Case Fan

Or

BLUE UV 80mm Vantec Spectrum Fan Retail Package

I think I may do that instead of...

VANTEC SPECTRUM UV COLD CATHODE LIGHT KIT
VANTEC CABLE SLEEVING KIT - UV YELLOW
GENERIC 10 INCH UV SENSITIVE SINGLE DEVICE ROUND FLOPPY CABLE
GENERIC 18 INCH UV SENSITIVE DUAL DEVICE ROUND CABLE
VANTEC SPECTRUM COLD CATHODE *LIGHT ONLY* - UV
VANTEC SPECTRUM 80MM UV CASE FAN - GREEN
