Calc key reassign?

Many keyboards have this dumb Calculator key. I'm running Windows 7 at the moment. Is there a way to reset this to Play/Pause? I'm using a ducky zero so there is no software that came with it.

I tried that with a few different commands I found off of Google that should of done play/pause but now the button just does nothing. Which is better then the calculator opening.

I use it to disable my caps lock, just checked and it has the ability to change usually any key to a media play/pause key
