Cage fan for SFF build

I'm looking for a cage fan for a SFF case. It needs to be long and short. I think i remember seeing the fan i need in an FIC Ice Cube case. It was like 1.5" tall and 4" wide. Also, i'll need some kind of cuttable filter for the dust. One last question: Can that zalman that is virtical be rotated either way on the 939 mount so it goes with the airflow? Any links to products similar will be appreciated
