I am currently using a ClearComputerCase (C3) Blue UV-reactive Full Tower chassis. This is the list of hardware currently needing cables:

CD/DVD-ROM combo drive
Soundblaster Audigy2 ZS front panel
Diskette drive (this should probably go)
Cooler Master Aerogate 3 (1 power connector, 4 fan connectors, possible 4 temp probes)
WD 74gb Raptor, SATA
Seagate 120gb Baracuda, IDE
Dual BFG 7800GTX's
Soundblaster Audigy2 ZS PCI card
2 120mm intake fans (one on front panel, one on side panel)
2 92mm rear exhaust fans
Dual 12" cold cathode tubes

I bought an OCZ Modstream 520w PSU thinking the modular design would help with the mess of cabling, but I ended up using every single cable again anyways (but this is a damn awesome PSU) And I still plan on putting in a Koolance Exos2 watercooling system to my FX-53 chip.

Any suggestions about what I could possibly do to fix this horrid mess of cables?

Route things behind the mobo tray, use flat ide cables and engage in a bit fo origami, and remember long cables are much easier to make neat than short ones, cos you can drag them round all over the place.
