Cable Wrapping

Hey everyone. I want to try and hide my cables as best that I can, but there are some that are impossible to hide completely. What I would really like to do with those ones is to wrap them in a UV kind of wrap. My fan lights are currently blue, and I plan on replacing the ones that are not with UV Blue ones and getting some CCFLs.

What I'm wondering is, that since I have never done sleeving before, I don't know exactly how much and of what kind I would really need (whether its heat shrink or just sleeving). Is there a place that sells kits that have a lot of everything in them? I don't really have too many cables that need to be sleeved, so it doesn't need to be a huge kit.

Also, I noticed in one of the Post your (whatever) threads that someone had a laser cut design that went over the housing for the hard drives and optical drives, and had a blue light behind it. I believe it was a picture of a mermaid on this particular one. Does anyone know if there is a place that will make those for you custom? Thanks for any help.
