no because that's misleading as far as the wire colors go
its infact 3 grounds (black) and 2 x +12V yellow wires

thus you cant populate even a single 4 pin molex off a PCI-E dedicated strand since it lacks the +5V rail\wire

in your example they are pulling 2 grounds off one molex one ground off another and the +12V off both molex

yet they used red wires which are actually supposed to indicate the +5V rail
just because they adapted that from some other design
