When managing your wires and such inside of your case, is there any effect on cramming wires really close to each other, and on bending them in 90 degree angles and such.

I'm always afraid I'm going to damage them when I'm moving them around and cramming them places, or there is going to be some sort of interference when they are all jammed into a tight place together.
 
They should be just fine, even if you curl them in tight little curls.

The only thing you have to watch out for is cutting a wire on a sharp edge. So if you're running a wire through a spot that seems a little sharp, put some tape over it before you run the wire through.
 
Yea I have found that cables can take alot of 'abuse'. Like the poster above said, just make sure there is not a sharp edge that could potentially cut the insulation. Shorting out FTL.
 
ideally you shouldn't run non-shielded data cables parallel to power cables, as it can cause interference... but in a computer and with short runs, the effect is probably negligible. The rule of thumb is the minimum radius of a bend for a wire is 6x the diameter of the wire. So for ex, the 1/8" (approx) power cables shouldn't be bent through smaller than a 3/4" radius bend.
