Cable management advertised here?

Several months back there was a cable management system sort of like the Panduit/Black Box rear/front flip-style (http://www.wire-managers.com/images/panduit/wmp1e.jpg) rackmounted cable management that was advertised here. The only exception is the mid-section was missing instead of having pass-thru holes. Does anyone here remember who was selling this?
