I use a Kroy 5100, works well. On copper cable I can get 4 lines per label...can print out of Excel via their macro (very easy to install and use). Since I don't use it as a handheld, once I wear this one out, I'll get a 3100 which just acts like a printer. I use mine a lot and have been running it for about 3 years now.
