I'm looking to clean up the low powered cables in my unfinished basement and run them along and perpendicular to the floor joists.

Does anyone have any suggestions for cable hangers / loops that I can mount once and be able to access the cables within it fairly easily without unscrewing it from the joists?

1''-3'' diameter?
 
I found a solution in a thread below and would love to have more information, photos if anyone has any :

I would personally try to do as much as you can from the basement as it will be much easier. I usually use screw eyes and a metal cable strung inside it to run the cabling, and zip ties or velcro ties to secure the cable to the metal wire. The metal wire is more rigid so it helps keep the cable straight when going across joists. This method prevents having to drill lot of holes in the joists. Something I don't like to do if I don't have to.

No velcro, just the zip tie through the square in the middle. Obviously if you have to run another line you have to cut the zip tie and put in a new one, but that's quick, cheap & easy.

oh, and no issues with it getting loose.
 
I use what Dave uses. I use the dbl sided tape to hold then I shoot drywall screws through em in one spot
 
and if you get really crazy with the cables you need to run do a search on "cable runways"
