I recently Oce'd my Core2 Duo 6600 to 3.6 Sucessfully on air. I recently got water and now It cant hold its own. On air the specs were.
400 x 9= 3.600Mhz
Memory V= 2.1
Cpu V= 1.500V
Fsb v =1.30
Memory timings= 4-4-4-4-12
Ran it on orthos and Prime for 18 hrs+ no problems.
When I got wc in my comp It cant even stress the cpu for more then 30 Min. Odd thing is when I run a Blend test on orthos for Cpu and Ram it errors in 5 seconds flat. When I run only Cpu Stressing It goes for hours. I put the same settings on and everything. I tried putting the Mem timings to 5-5-5-515, still nothing increased the V nothing. Im preety sure Its not overheating. I have 2x120 MM fans runing at 1800Rpms. 1/4 ID tubing on a Swiftech Apogee GT. Idle temps are around 38-40C load is around 54-56C runing for a few hours. Anyone know what could be the problem?. I don't oc the memory stays at DDR2-800.
