i have a samsung syncmaster 1100df i bought online. it seems to make a weird buzzing noise from the back of the unit, when i look at any bright imagery, in most resolutions, as most frequencies, on my new system.
well i have it plugged into my older system. and the buzzing , is still there i think i heard it in really low res when i installed the nvids. it still here now but a lot fainter, definitely nowhere near as bad.
on my new system my POV ultra is connected by the 2 special molexes on the OCZ 520 PSU . cud this be anything to do with it? i'm also using the default VGA to special-new-thingy adapter that comes with the POV, as my Ultra doesnt have a standard VGA output. so i used the converter, could it be that?
the monitor also has a bunch of older looking 'round sockets' which my friend says are a hell of a lot better for image quality. the GF also has a more roundy type connection point but i dont know if thats anything to do with it.
