Buzzing noise from PSU print

I got this buzzing noise coming from the print of my powersupply, while under load, see the video:Video around 0:40 for noise

I'm curious as to what might be causing it. I presume it's a coil or capacitor, any ideas?
I guess it's about time I buy myself a new psu.

Using a screwdriver as a stethoscope I located the noise to the transformer, I've read online that the adhesive between the layers of the laminated core will crack over time and the noise will increase :( so much for MTBF, I'm only at 20% of the expected life time and yet past the guarantee.

You... Touched the active components, especially near the AC Primary of the transformer, with a screwdriver while it was on?

Man up Arcygenical, it's only low voltage as they say :D
Jokes aside, it was with a VDE insulated screwdriver, and I wouldn't put it where it could shortcircuit my pc.

The noisemaking part, i assume is a primary transformer, which is marked: VRL39W004 0828 W-E-B-A
I can't find a datasheet on it or any usefull links on google, so I suppose there's no replacing it.
