I've been having a buzzing noise coming from my motherboard's VRM or CPU area that has been driving me nuts. It's not overly loud, but I can hear it clearly with the case's side panel on and the computer idling. Once it starts, it won't go away until I reboot the computer. It'll come randomly, but seems to be correlated with CPU load (i.e. after I play a game the sound will appear some time afterwards and won't go away until rebooting). I have recorded a video (see below) and you can hear the sound pretty clearly around 0:21-0:25. Please ignore the rest of my banter :p

Some info:
- Intel Core i7 4790k (delidded) clocked at 4.6GHz at 1.23V
- Asus Maximus VII Formula (Z97) with latest BIOS (3003)
- VRM spread spectrum is Enabled
- VRM (both CPU and memory) frequency set to Auto
- VRM (both CPU and memory) phase control set to Auto
- VRM (CPU) duty control set to T.Probe
- CPU LLC set to Auto
- CPU voltage set to Adaptive
- CPU C-States set to Auto

Note: Change any of the above settings does NOT seem to fix the issue.
