this is it and I will leave you guys alone I promise. :D (well for a couple of months that is)
 
Well since there's only a $10 difference right now, so I'd say
go for the P5K-E wifi.

The wifi and heatpipe heatsink on the Northbridge are worth the extra $10. But not worth the usual $20 difference.
