I don't know what to get, please help.

I am finally getting all my stuff together for a really awesome system so that I can retire my faithful 1.4 T-bird and GeForce3 car and I need advice in picking out the best of the best in everything.

What I know for sure is the following:

CPU FX55 - going to purchase soon
Motherboard A8N-SLI - own one
Video Card BFG 6800GT PCIe - own two
Case Lian Li 2100-V - going to purchase soon
Hard Drive(s) - 2 Raptors for sure but what for storage? 400GB Seagate w/NCQ?
Memory? - need help but I know I want 2GB total, are these any good?
Sound Card? Audigy 4 ok?
Liquid Cooling? Koolance? What would I need for a complete cooling system?
DVD Burner? Plextor 16x?
Power Supply? Enermax? Antec?
Headphones? Anyone know a great pair of gaming headphones?
Anything I am missing?

yes, I'd go with the 400GB Seagates
that is great ram
since you're getting the best of the best, get a PCP&C 510W SLI PSU

The Audigy 4 isn't worth it. It's only an increase of 5db over the Audigy 2 ZS Platinum models.
 
If you can afford it, and it looks like you can :) , Dangerden makes some awesome watercooling kits for about 200+ dollars.

Recommended parts:

Dangerden TDX waterblock for a64
1/2 OD fittings
7 (or 10 feet depending on your case size) 1/2 OD tygon tubing
Black Ice pro radiator
Danger Den DCC-12v Pump adapted to 1/2 OD fittings
5 1/4 Bay Resovoir (uv green or blue)
handful (12 or 20) of hose clamps

not including thermal paste and a fan for the radiator thats about 232 bucks.

If you dont want all of that stuff housed in your case, you could spend about the same amount on a koolance exos kit w/ waterblock that sits on top of your case.
 
Is it difficult to install this stuff? Can I run this stuff through both GPUs?
 
The ram you could go with the OCZ EL Platinum Rev.2 ram. It was rated the best by Anandtech. And a lot of people here use it.

Definitely go with a Plextor SATA DVD Burner. Hopefully they have a 16x out by now.

Nice choice in board and processor.

If you really want speed, then you should just go with a raid SCSI setup. at 15k RPM and better read times then a WD Raptor. You can't beat it.
 
If its the difficulty level of installation your worried about, then I suggest you use the koolance exos. You might have to remove your motherboard from the case if your installing everything before you buy the watercooling system.

If you dont have enough for 2 of those, then dont sweat it, just use air cooling or a lower model water block w/ ramsinks.
