Second problem is that the website claimed a $30 rebate on a monitor and when it came it was only $15 and when I called them they told me "thanks for letting us know so we can change it" I was like ?!?!?! so is there anything you can do for me and they told me no that it was a website error and they have disclaimers that guard them from that....
Third problem was that I made a mistake and typed in my shipping address wrong, and put my work address by mistake... SO it didn't go through... no problem right?? Just call and change the adrress right?? WRONG... I called Thursday, Friday, Monday, and FINALLY Tuesday it got shipped out because they kept trying my original address I put in and not the one I told them the 4 times that I called
Final Problem.... my credit card got charged two times in the mess, and maxxed it out(small limit on my AMex) so I couldn't buy online from another retailer something else I needed.... that got reimbursed within the week thankfully...
Put it this way Kyle I am very very leary of them.... I suppose they mighta just had a bad week but man am I ever dissapointed with them....
