I ordered a Prometeia Mach2 from frozencpu.com on black friday, $536.69 with s/h, I was so stoked. On Monday, I saw that the order hadn't shipped yet so I called in and requested an A64 ez-mod kit instead of the XP mod-kit. Bucky said that would be 'no problem'. Tuesday after work i checked order status again and saw that it was cancelled. They were closed at the time so i sweated it out through the night. I have been calling them all day today and it has become clear that they sold my unit to someone else, they are now out of stock, and they do not plan on getting more. I have been waiting to hear from the owner, Mark, but he hasn't returned any of my numerous calls nor my emails.

I am so upset over this i could puke. They were not out of stock when I BOUGHT IT! They gave my money back and told me i couldn't have it 5 DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT IT!
 
Personally I've never had a problem with CPU. I just ordered some fan grills and cables from them tonight matter of fact. I have gotten my heatsink/fan, led fans, keyboard and mousepad from them. All were shipped pretty fast. No complaints here.

All of my deals went well with them. I always order once I have my mind made up 100 percent.

Not at all if you think about it. Your paying not only shipping but packaging costs as well...and from everything I have gotten from frozencpu they do an excellent job of packaging. They use airfilled plastic which does a damn good job of protecting whatever is inside.
